### Gmail Setup (Recommended)

1. Visit https://console.cloud.google.com
2. Create new project
3. Enable Gmail API
4. Create OAuth credentials
5. Download credentials.json
6. Place in secure location
7. Set `GMAIL_CREDENTIALS_FILE` path

### Outlook Setup

1. Visit https://portal.azure.com
2. Register app in Azure AD
3. Add Microsoft Graph permissions
4. Generate access token
5. Set `OUTLOOK_ACCESS_TOKEN`
